The owner chef Mr.Watanabe is not only a sushi chef, but also an acclaimed master of Japanese cuisine, having honed his skills in Kyoto's ryotei restaurants. The course meals are more than 10 kinds of snacks appear first. Again, Mr.Watanabe has trained at a Japanese restaurant, carefully applies his work, giving first priority to the balance between the vinegared rice and carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Sushi Watanabe is small, with a solid Kiso cypress counter seating seven and a small private room.

*The date, time, and number of guests for a reservation can be changed only once.

*The date of cancellation fee will be charged based on each restaurant's business day and JPNEAZY's business day.
