The owner, Yoichi Ishizaki, born in 1976 in Mie Prefecture, Japan. developed a passion for cooking from an early age and aspired to pursue a creative profession where he could bring something new into existence. This led Ishizaki to become a chef. He gained experience working at several restaurants in Tokyo before joining the opening team of "Kato Gyuniku-ten Ginza," where he served as the head chef and manager for seven years. After this tenure, he decided to establish his own restaurant and ventured into the culinary world independently.
