The food was excellent and the service from two female staffs was good too. However, I could feel minimal hospitality and respect towards customers via the conservation in Japanese between chef and staffs. Maybe he thinks that we do not understand Japanese or it is just Kyoto iyami. The chef even left the restaurant before our leaving which is very unusual in Japan omotenashi culture.
