The food was very good and hospitality amazing. We felt that although very good, it was not worth what we paid for it. It was not these experiences which you would say are memorable. Although we are far from experts we thought the following: - the menu seemed unbalanced, with sudden changes of hot and cold from dish to dish, where we did not see the connecting link. - the dishes were good but are not the type of dishes that blow your mind. - the pairing did not cover the whole menu and it might be worth revising timings and dishes to ensure the pairing options cover the menus from end-to-end. - staff and service was great! Congrats!
