The chef also receives the bounty of the mountains from his own satoyama on the Miura Peninsula and decides the menu for the day. Sushi ENJI limits the number of customers to 7 per day so that everyone can enjoy their meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Sushi ENJI offers an omakase course that allows you to enjoy nigiri and other dishes using mainly local seasonal ingredients. The chef of Sushi ENJI visits several local fishing ports every morning to purchase fresh seafood, which is carefully selected by him. Eggs and seasonal vegetables are also carefully selected from local ingredients. Sushi ENJI uses the finest ingredients, including seasonings, such as a blend of rice from Toyama and Kanagawa, the owner's hometown.
