Located in Ekamai Road, a bustling area, amidst a quaint alley lies STAGE (pronounced as Sa-Targe, which is French for 'apprentice'), a casual fine dining restaurant that specializes in new French & global-inspired cuisine. The restaurant is spearheaded by Chef Jay Sangsingkeaw and her talented brigade, consisting of ex-L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon alumni.
Jay, being a connoisseur at heart, has travelled far and wide in search of good food and beverages. She has been French gastronomy-trained throughout her culinary career, which has led her to become a part of the opening team of the highly-acclaimed L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Bangkok. She is the only Thai person to have been trained at the original 2 Michelin star L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris. During her time there, she worked with fellow passionate kitchen team members who have since gone their separate ways. However, the idea of a possible dream reunion always lingered in their minds.
The restaurant's menu boasts an array of mouth-watering dishes made using the freshest imported and locally sourced ingredients, which bring to the table the vibrant and refreshing essence of the sun-kissed summer days. The top menu picks include Ayu fish, white asparagus, black cod, and a scrumptious summer-inspired dessert, the Mango Riz au Laities.
