*Once the reservation is made, JPNEAZY fee is not refundable for any reasons.
*JPNEAZY fee is 10% to 15% of the MENU reservation fee(incl.course meal fee, tax, restaurant service fee and JPNEAZY fee).
*Changes of your reservation time /date / person can be made up to once.
*Cancellation policy considering each restaurant business day
