Wow, wow, wow! The Banyan Tree Bangkok is the perfect place to stay to enjoy everything that Bangkok has to offer. We have stayed a few times at this fantastic hotel and each time we have received exceptional service. From the moment you enter the hotel to the second you leave you will be treat with friendliness, helpfulness and kindness.
I would strongly urge anyone to stay in a club access room if at possible. The club lounge offers service that I have not experienced anywhere else in the world. Nina and her experienced team will make sure that you are given a First Class service and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a bespoke experience. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked again.

My recent stay at Banyan Tree was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the room.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries and coffee maker.

The hotel facilities were also excellent. I made good use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax and unwind, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun in the comfortable loungers.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel restaurant Saffron served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes to start the day. My daughter enjoyed in Kids room.

Overall, I cannot fault my experience at Banyan Tree . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This hotel is exceptional. The service that we received was without fault. Our room was outstanding (Serenity Club King) with a river view. Breakfast, afternoon tea (no, really) and the canapé and cocktails were also really good. What we noted the most was just how generous the hotel management were when it came to an upgrade for my sister to be on the same floor, as well as late checkout and extended use of the facilities during our long wait for our late flight.

What’s more, our stay was very good value as we booked ahead and directly to ensure the best rate.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Had a lovely but quick overnight  stay here on my way back home to the UK. Staff were very friendly and welcoming in our arrival and were fab at arranging taxi fares with the taxi drivers. We had a voucher for 1 complimentary drink on the rooftop bar and were greeted and seated very quickly. I had a fabulous old fashioned and when we asked for our bill for the additional drink the manager advised that the bill had been settled and no additional charges were necessary, he then offered to take pictures for us. We spent a few hours at the rooftop pool and the staff there made sure the guests relaxed by offering shoulder massages and then coming around with ice lollies for everyone. Exceptional service throughout the stay. My only issue was that the room lacked some modern touches especially USB charging ports. A minor issue though!

The rating of the hotel should be a 4 star, not a 5 star. Pros: Staff! They were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating. We leveraged advice from the concierge many times and were happy with their recommendations. This hotel offers a variety of restaurants at different price points and all were amazing. Cons: Room has clogged sinks. Pool is tiny. We used the sauna and steam room. The steam room had mold and was not clean (used at 10am). Lobby bar was  mediocre.
