An elegant old lady. This old hotel has a great location with direct connection to Lotte department store with its convenient huge food store in the basement, and to metro station. Room size is generous, but need renovation. Some furniture is not in good condition, showing wear and tear

My companion had to change rooms three times. The first was much smaller than her booking. The second room was too cold and the next morning she was moved to the third room, a deluxe twin room sun facing which she had booked and prepaid which had amazing 180 degree floor to ceiling views of Seoul and a marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Pure luxury for her 2 week stay in Seoul. Do ensure you get the room you paid for!

The room came with a complimentary club lounge pass where the buffet breakfast was to die for with both Western food items and a traditional Korean soup dish with rice. The beef soup with rice was particularly tasty as was the seaweed soup and rice. The views from the club lounge are spectacular. The lounge also served complimentary tea with mini scones (no clotted cream but instead you got cream cheese). The happy hour early dinner served free champagne but the food was lukewarm.

A little bit old but still classy, the maid and staffs were every helpful, they are so polite and gentle👍

The customer service especially to foreigners is wonderful! Most speak English and are so kind and helpful.

Check in for executive side is on another floor (15th) which is a little confusing.

The location is great. Right next to Myeongdong (we didn’t feel was a tourist trap at all).

Room was amazing! No way you could get a room like that in the States for the same price!

Excellent hotel. Great location. Room is so nice with great view. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. It also has afternoon tea and happy hour but we did not always eat here as you would want to try local food.
