The food was great here. Obviously abit on the pricey side but the service was outstanding and the waitresses spoke English as well as having everything on the menu in English also.

One of the best champagne brunch in the world! They did a truly excellent job here!

We had a window seat with an amazing view. Unfortunately, the seating has one person with their back to the window. Dinner order consisted of wine, Perrier, Cesar salad, Parmesan risotto and a chicken dish.

Cesar was fine, nothing special at all. I watched the guy “prepare” my risotto. He used to precooked bowls of rice dumped into a sauce pan and added what looked like some cream, truffles, and cheese. Risotto is definitely not prepared that way and it tasted as much. Half raw rice with cheese and cream. Husbands chicken dish was honestly, disgusting. Very tough chicken with loads of bones and a very nasty flavor. We sent both dishes back.

In the end, we paid about $80 for a glass of wine, mediocre Cesar salad and a small bottle of Perrier.

High-end food with French flair and great service from restaurant manager. Enjoyed the seafood ravioli and caviar among many other dishes I had this week over multiple dinners. Several dishes such as the risotto and flambé fruit dessert were cooked right next to me on the granite-top tableside booths. The live cooking and great view makes VUE restaurant a superb venue for special occasions.

We wanted to visit this restaurant, but it’s closed now. Hyatt is totally closed.
