The food were served with good quality. Service is particularly remarkable, the Manager has been caring to showcase the best tasting experience. Little suggestion is the fish slice can be bit thicker, overall the whole set menu is well worth.

We went to Honjo to try their Dining Week menu for a birthday celebration,  received stellar hospitality from your staff team, especially Jason Poo, who served our table. His hospitality was of 5-star world class calibre, very courteous, thoughtful; simply impeccable. The whole menu was delicious, with the exception of the pork belly, which was very dry and overcooked (though the seasoning and flavour was still good), which we alerted Jason to, and he apologised and compensated with a fantastic shiso tempura topped with spicy tuna with sriracha and fish roe, which we loved. Thank you for making this birthday celebration for my friend such a memorable and fun one!

Excelling in everything: service, interior design; atmosphere and more importantly food - Honjo has won my heart 🤍. It’s cherry blossom season in Japan 🇯🇵, and they were able to bring the sakuras 🌸 to Hong Kong 🇭🇰! I loved every detail of their well curated menu, bringing in hot and cold, sweet and sour, crunchy and soft and many more textures you can think of! My favourite has to be the Scallop and Toro 🐟 - which is Fatty tuna, scallops, black tobiko, hanaho and quail eggs. You mix it up and put it on top of the tempura 🍤, which is an explosion of flavours and texture. The set also comes with a wide variation of sushi and sashimi 🍣, like uni, toro, hamachi, etc. After the raw food, we had the Hot Tasty Hokkaido: sea bass and miso ramen 🤤 The charred pork belly 🐽 in the miso ramen melted in my mouth! Finally to top it off, the Sakura Monaka 🌸 ended the meal with a bang with its delicious Sakura mousse and green tea ice cream! This def tops being an amazing place for your date nights 🤍!

Good taste but concern about the food security... yesterday noon, me and my friend shared the starters and ordered the same dessert (matcha lava). For main, I ordered pork belly and he salmon, I shared a little portion of pork with him. I immediately felt unwell after the meal but I just thought it was because of the rich flavor
of the pork and the dessert or thatlwas too full. 2
hrs later in the afternoon I started to vomit and diarrhea, lasting until the evening when I had pills twice. My friend also showed the same symptoms (vomit and diarrhea from the midnight. We guessed it was the pork, I completed the majority while he consumed a little portion. Very very Terrible experience!

Amazing food and atmosphere, feels like a real tucked away gem. Price is reasonable and as expected. Spicy tuna raw starter was out of this world.
