there were many gimmicks but i didn’t find them pretentious. Chinese ingredients naturally integrated with French cooking techniques. That’s the true fusion..! Not just putting wagyu beef in your spicy hotpot soup. I really enjoyed it here. And the drink pairing was amazing!!
