Cancellation Policy

*The reservation service fee(JPNEAZY commission) is non-refundable for any reasons after the reservation is completed.

*The reservation service fee is included 10% to 15% of the total amount paid.

*The date, time, and number of guests for a reservation can be changed only once.

*The date of cancellation fee will be charged based on each restaurant's business day and JPNEAZY's business day.

In case of Arrival 15mins late, it is cancelled.
On the day: 100% of your selected course meal fee.
1day to 3days before: about 20,000yen per person.
4days before: No charge

I confirmed JPNEAZY’s user guide and Privacy Policy, also agreed with the cancelation policy of this requesting restaurant.

The fee is to be paid for the reservation service and is not refundable in case of changes or cancellations. I also understood that it is not a discount from the amount of the food on the day.

I checked : If you are late to your reservation time or you cancel on the reservation date, you will be charged the cancelation fee (the amount of the selected course meal fee) automatically.
