Seafood and Kyoto vegetables can also be enjoyed. This kaiseki-style course differs from the typical “yakiniku” course in that it is served in a different style. Nikuryori Yasuda is also particular about the beauty of its appearance, and the tableware that complements the dishes is also very popular. This course includes roasts, ribs, tongue, and hormones, and is a must for meat lovers who can enjoy plenty of meat. You will be able to enjoy plenty of high-quality beef. Nikuryori Yasuda purchases carefully selected blocks of Wagyu beef and use different parts of the meat depending on the cooking method. Nikuryori Yasuda offers a variety of meat dishes such as kaiseki-style courses, steaks, and shabu-shabu, without sticking to the yakiniku genre. Nikuryori Yasuda only serves specially selected Wagyu beef of A4 rank or higher.
