■Vegetarian and vegan option: Upon request.
■Other: Perfume is not allowed. / Smoking is not allowed. / Guests who cannot eat fish dishes cannot be accommodated. / Please inform us of any allergies or disliked ingredients at the time of reservation. Kindly note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.
Important Notice
• No service fees charged until reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, JPNEAZY's handling fee is non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellation fees will be charged based on the restaurant's policy, excluding non-operating days of the restaurant or JPNEAZY from the deadline.
• Cancellation requests must be sent by 12:00 PM (JST) on the deadline day; requests received after this time will be handled next business day.
