Ordered Khon kean ribeye, bone marrow and blood cockle.
The taste is fine, nothing special to shout about. Something new to me is the fusion style steak, I’ve never tried eating steak with chili powder and spring onion, quite different experience to me.
The bone marrow is too oily for me, even I love fats, maybe it’s not good for everyone.
Overall good experience, but not worth travel half an hour to come to this place.

While I love their root to fruit and nose to tail concept, the food was alright. Nothing really impressed or wowed me. Apart from the concept, not really sure if it’s actually Michelin Bib Gourmand worthy.

Truly mind-blowing meal at 100 Mahaseth. The restaurant was a little noisy with two large groups with children  who ran around with minimal supervision (so only on this point do I remove a star for atmosphere). As far as everything else is concerned, this was fantastic. Standout dishes were the duck hearts, mok pla, banana dessert platter and green mango sorbet.

A must visit in Bangkok.

100 Mahaseth really hits the spot if you’re exploring Bangkok’s food scene. A Thai carnivore dream place! Came alone so could not try many dishes. All meals come with three house special chili paste dip with veggie basket and two different fresh somtum-like salads. Very nice, quite original and delicious! Not very hungry and wanting to try some basics ordered the grilled pork shoulders and asked the lady for a good curry or soup to order. I told her I like spicy so she recommended the braised duck. The grilled pork meat itself was of very high quality and well executed but for me slightly overcooked and a bit sweet. The duck itself was marvelously  flavored and tenderly braised in Thai herbs  and mild spices. A great braised duck but wanted some stronger taste bombs that day. I think if I ordered some of the other wonderful looking dishes like aged beef tongue topped with Thai sauce or oxtail curry I would have easily given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the young waitress kept trying to suggest Farang friendly mild foods like the bone marrow. Definitely want to try again with other dishes. Very impressed even-though I did not order what I might of enjoyed even more.
