While the view is stunning the overall experience is nowhere near what this 5 star hotel claims.
The cost for the experience is massively over rated.
- 3-4 people coming to the room during the day.
- Overly complex LCD screen to control lights.
- Paying for room service when delivered to you door, rather than at end of stay during checkout.
- The breakfast is nothing special and chef seems put off by doing custom orders, even though they tell you he will make anything you ask for.
- The club benefits sound great on paper but very disappointing in reality.
- Staff come across as stuck-up and snobby not professional, warm and friendly. They completely ignore requests even though they say yes, no problem. Maybe if you don’t look rich enough, they can’t be bothered.

There are many more hotels for a lot less money which offer far better experience, from my time in Bangkok, so will not be back here again.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Kept clean and tidy by great daily room service. Although one downside some of the furniture in the rooms are beginning to look worn, with the prices you think they could maybe be more aware! Would recommend to anyone.

The room offered ample space, cleanliness, and attentive housekeepers ensuring my every need was met. During my stay, I unexpectedly encountered the General Manager, Nick Hammer, who, unbeknownst to me, exemplifies humility, down-to-earth demeanor, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Observing his constant smile while actively engaging with guests left a lasting impression. The warmth and accommodation extended by the entire staff make it clear that this is a place I eagerly look forward to revisiting for future business trips. Kudos to the team for their exceptional work!

Simply very good, if not exceptional. Loved the architecture and design, the pool experience is unique. The food is top too.
