This Hong Kong Spanish restaurant is truly the best in town. One of my favorite dining spots. Each dish suits my palate perfectly, with rich flavors that never feel overwhelming. The service is also a perfect , the staff are so friendly and attentive.

The ambience is lovely too, with the restaurant offering two distinct seating areas. The table by the door feels quite different from the interior, both in terms of lighting and atmosphere. And they even have live music performances.

The $498 weekend brunch menu seems to change with the seasons, and the dishes I had were from the winter menu in March, so it may have changed by now.

Standout items included the octopus, spider crab toast, garlic prawns, seafood paella, and almond cake with ice cream.

This Spanish restaurant was definitely an unforgettable dining experience. I have always dreamed of personally tasting the authentic Spanish flavors of this restaurant, and this time my wish has been fulfilled.

First of all, the decoration of the restaurant is very sophisticated, blending traditional Spanish style design, giving a sense of elegance and grace. There is also soothing music accompaniment, including violin performances, which adds a lot of charm to the dining atmosphere.

As for the food, every tapas dish is very authentic, allowing me to truly experience the genuine Spanish flavors. However, my favorite is still the roast suckling pig, with its tender and juicy meat that is simply unforgettable. Overall, I really had a great time celebrating my birthday here.

The only slight disappointment was that the table spacing in the dining area was a bit narrow, causing some inconvenience during the meal. However, compared to the overall outstanding experience, this small flaw is really negligible.

I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to try this Spanish restaurant. I'm sure you will be conquered by its excellent cuisine and romantic ambience, just like I was.

Had a great experience at Ole. We went on a Saturday night - the restaurant was fully booked and it has a lively wholesome atmosphere with live guitar music accompanying your meal. Food was generally excellent, tha tapas were particularly delicious, we ordered a veggie paella which was a little bland, but the desserts really sealed the deal! Great evening, highly recommended!

Best Spanish cuisine of the town, the food is always up to the standard if not more. Came here for New Year’s Day Brunch and the service was amazing. Despite having to work New Year’s Day we were received by smile and kindness all around. Special shout out to Mahindra, his interpersonal and considerable service alone makes me want to come back. 𝙊𝙡𝙚, the Spanish restaurant is one of my favourite place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions! Approaching to their 26th year in Hong Kong, a time-limited spring menu is newly launched! Including game dishes, the menu showed references from the spanish tradition of big game hunting Monterías. It truly reflects the culture from Spanish owner, Mr Carmelo Lopez’s home country. Live music from amazing guitarist and singers also sets the great vibes here.

Scallops, artichokes, mashed parsnip & potato

A generous dish with 4-5 sweet scallops seared in golden brown color! My first time enjoying fried artichokes and it was interestingly good, tasted like chips! With parsnips added, the Parmentier is lighter in weight but remained silky smooth. A drizzle of truffle oil was just on point!

It is my favourite from the menu! Wrapped inside a Canelon, the unique and strong flavour from the shredded partridge meat was in great harmony with the mushroom and truffles, and creamy texture was great too!

Venison Stew with Chestnuts and Wild Mushrooms

Really rare winter dish to be found in HK! After pan-searing, the venison is still tender and juicy, stewed and served piping hot in the cast iron pot. The sauce permeates with the sweetness from pearl onions, chestnuts, and fragrance from red wine.

Challans Duck Breast with Black Pudding and Apple Cabbage Raviolis & Port Reduction

On top of being visually appealing, it also tasted wonderfully with the top-notch Challans duck breast! Cooked perfectly pinkish in the core, the succulent meat goes well with the reduction from port wine and balsamic vinegar. Wrapped in cabbage as ravioli, freshness of apples goes well with the spices from the blood pudding!

Garlic Shrimp "Gambas al Ajillo"
Golden garlic slices and crispy shrimp infused all the flavours into the olive oil, make sure you dip your bread in the flavourful oil!

Texture was soft but a bit of the crunchiness, still remained from the pear!
