Great to start the CNY over impeccable French cuisine and pairing delectable wine. People are quite professional and appropriate. Place very comfortable and well arranged. Would return again.

Amber's it's was interesting more than now. In this time I don't find quality of product,
The taste wasn't as delicious as I thought it would be. I longed to be able to taste the food that had been in my memory for the past 4 years. On coming back this time, it's a pity.

Amber, Now in its 18th year of operation. After closing for renovation in 2018, Amber made a stunning comeback in May 2019.
Dutch-born chef Richard Ekkebus's restaurant has undergone a radical revamp. The refreshed space feels natural, with soft curves and undulating gold sculptures hanging overhead.
As opposed to the à la carte of the past, it now serves only prix-fixe menus, one of which is vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free with reduced salt. The new Amber no longer uses dairy, gluten, refined sugar or salt.
Food is of high quality, innovative and will pleasure any palate.

This is our second time having lunch at Amber. Every time being here has left us the best memories.
Relaxing ambiance, top-notch service and quality food. The food is seasonal and always fantastic with splendid presentation.
We throughly enjoyed every aspect of the lunch arrangement. Staffs were delightful and very considerate. A big thumb up to the entire staffs for making my friend’s birthday distinctive and memorable.
We’ll definitely be back again and love to recommend Amber to everyone.
