Even though the interior still retains its original appearance, such as the alcove, it is designed to make you realize that it is still a shop.
It seems that you can choose soba from several different production areas.
I ordered Toyama soba and Tenmusu.
To enjoy the aroma of soba, first bring it to your mouth. Next is Okinawan salt. And for the noodle soup.
Everything is handmade and delicious, and you can feel the owner's passion. The soba soup after a meal is so thick that you'll want a second helping.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon, and there were a lot of customers, so it took a long time to get the food served, so it's a nice restaurant for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere and conversation.

For those who want to spend a simple yet luxurious time. I was able to find a good shop☺️

There is no parking lot, so please use the nearby coin park. I can't use a wheelchair, but I think it's fine if you use a cane.

Visited soba several times over the years.

It's nice that it's not crowded like other places.
Reservations are essential on weekends and during peak lunch hours.
I usually go after lunch on weekdays.

I used it for a meal with an elderly loved one. I ordered soba kaiseki for lunch. We had a blissful time drinking shochu.
Each piece is carefully made and the taste is great. I'm very particular about the bowls, and for someone like me who loves bowls, they're pleasing to the eyes and palate. Next time, I would like to have a drink while snacking on a single dish. The smell of cooked rice in the back seat was indescribable!

This is a soba restaurant with an atmosphere located in the back alley of Shirokane. There were about 4 seats at the counter and a table. The soba noodles were chewy, flavorful, and very delicious. Please enjoy it.

[ 8 mins walk from Yakuin Station ] We stock the fruit of the good buckwheat noodles of the year from various parts of Japan. 
We also prepare a noodle using the buckwheat flour that was hand-ground in millstone. 
Millstone Ground buckwheat noodles are two kinds of "coarse ground" and "rough grinding" of the taste with a strong sweet "hand ground ten percent". 
"buckwheat dumplings" to make with its ground powder is also popular, we offer several kinds, such as "No Yu no" to eat in yamaoi soy sauce, and "Isobe ware" to bake and wind with seaweed. 
 In addition to dishes such as buckwheat noodles and classic grilled miso, there is also a single dish and a seasonal blackboard dish.  Including the Black Dragon and the Hawk Isamu, we offer several kinds of sake that have been carefully selected. Please enjoy the soba of our shop sticking with the emotion to the sound of the old clock.
