As our service fee is NOT the meal's fee discounted, please pay your meals, drinks fee at the restaurant on the reservation date.

■Other: Automatic cancellation if more than 15 minutes late. Cancellation on the day of reservation is 19,360 yen/per.
Important Notice
• No service fees charged until reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, JPNEAZY's handling fee is non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellation fees will be charged based on the restaurant's policy, excluding non-operating days of the restaurant or JPNEAZY from the deadline.
• Cancellation requests must be sent by 12:00 PM (JST) on the deadline day; requests received after this time will be handled next business day.

In case of Arrival 15mins late, it is cancelled and cancellation fee needed.

1day to 2days before: 50%
3days before: No charge
