After training at "Wakuden" a famous restaurant known for putting out talented chefs, for 15 years, Yoshiro Kiyama opened his restaurant "Kiyama" on the 1st floor of a condominium in Marutamachi, a luxury residential area next to Kyoto's city center. Kiyama's unique point is he use the groundwater near the restaurant which is so soft and smooth flavor and is used for all cuisines.
